Subsequently, Shabbir & Rita Associates "SNRLLP" was formed out of the Partnership Firm into a Limited Liability Partnership with effect from 13/05/2014 (LLPIN: AAC-2949). The firm is led by 2 senior designated Partners in Mumbai having extensive chartered accountancy experience spanning more than three decades.

Shabbir S. Bagasrawala co-founded the firm in 1989. With over 35 years of distinguished experience in corporate audit, domestic and international tax affairs, project finance, and enterprise restructuring, he has steered SNRLLP to become a trusted advisory destination for premier institutions. He has extensive expertise in cross-border entity incorporation across UAE, Ghana, and Europe, as well as complex litigation in transfer pricing and FEMA.
Rita S. Bagasrawala
Rita S. Bagasrawala is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with law qualifications (B.G.L.). She possesses deep expertise in corporate legal governance, Companies Act compliance, internal controls review, and regulatory sanctions. Her dual mastery of accountancy and law enables her to deliver actionable corporate advisory services to SMEs, large enterprises, and multinational corporate branches.
